Amigo Driver: request account and data deletion

Amigo Driver is used by approved Amigo Takso drivers. To request closure of your driver account and deletion of data held by Amigo Takso (Limu24 OÜ), follow these steps:

1. Email info@amigotakso.ee with the subject “Amigo Driver data deletion request”.
2. Include the phone number used for driver login and the name on your driver profile. Do not send your PIN or copies of identity documents by email.
3. We will verify the request using your known contact details, close access where appropriate, and explain which data can be deleted and which must be retained.

Data deleted or retained

Account credentials, driver profile and onboarding documents are deleted when the cooperation ends and no legal or dispute reason requires retention. Trip location and technical records are reviewed for deletion when no longer needed to verify rides, investigate incidents or protect the service. Booking and trip records are ordinarily retained for up to 12 months. Settlement, invoices and other accounting records may be retained for seven years where required by law. We will identify any exceptions and the applicable retention period in our response. The public Amigo Driver Privacy Policy describes the processing in more detail.
